Meet the Resolution Strategies Team
Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.
The Resolution Strategies Team provides consulting services to borrowers that are attempting to resolve issues related to existing CMBS loans. Our borrowers have financed properties through the CMBS market in recent years and many of these loans are stressed due to rent or occupancy degradation. Our consulting services are helping these borrowers navigate the confusing web of servicing contacts, underwrite the deals, clearly present the problems and solutions to the special servicers and negotiate successful outcomes.
Bob Pearson, Senior Vice President: 513-985-4408
Bob has 20 years experience in commercial real estate finance, with 19 years in the mortgage banking industry. He has arranged over $1 billion in debt and investment transactions over his career with numerous institutional lenders and investors. Bob joined Capstone Realty Advisors' Cincinnati office in 2000. Prior to Capstone, he worked with W. Lyman Case & Company from 1990-2000 after a year with the Huntington Group, a commercial real estate developer based in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. Bob is a former President of NAIOP's Cincinnati Chapter and is a member of NAIOP, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable and the Christian Business Men's Committee.
Kyle Neumann, Senior Loan Underwriter: 513-322-1477
Kyle has six years experience in commercial real estate finance. He has been involved in the production, underwriting and credit analysis of over $2.5 billion in fixed and floating rate CMBS debt transactions. Kyle spent two years as a Production Analyst with Bank of America's Southeast Production Team in Atlanta, GA and two years as a Production Associate with JP Morgan's CMBS platform, also in Atlanta. Kyle joined Bellwether in August of 2010 after his most recent role as a Commercial Real Estate Collateral Review Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. Kyle has his Bachelors in Finance from the Lindner Honors-PLUS Program at the University of Cincinnati.
Stanley A. Williams, Principal, In-House Counsel: 216-820-4507
Stan has practiced real estate law exclusively since 1965, representing lenders and developers. He was a partner at Arter & Hadden and joined Capstone Realty Advisors in 2001 as the Special Projects Coordinator. For over 25 years, Stan has represented banks, savings associations, life insurance companies, pension funds, a mortgage REIT, an equity REIT and Wall Street issuers of securitized loans, both as to construction and permanent loans. Stan has represented developers of regional shopping centers and strip centers as well as residential developers. Stan is familiar with industry service agreements, servicing requirements, and ancillary servicing functions, such as reviewing requests for approvals of assignment and assumptions, lease approvals, leasehold terminations and estoppels and SNDAs. In addition, he has extensive experience with troubled loans. Stan has been a member of The Ohio State Bar Association and The Cleveland Bar Association since 1961 and is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
