Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.
The Pittsburgh production team consists of FHA and conventional loan production with Barbara Sullivan leading our FHA effort. Barbara and her team have worked together for 30 years and are considered a leading producer of FHA product with a national reputation.

Barbara has been in the commercial real estate industry for 27 years and has specialized in FHA-Insured lending. In total, she has closed more than 250 FHA loans. With government agency and developer work experiences, Barbara has knowledge of both sides of the business. Early in her career she helped implement the Section 8 program while working for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia Offices. As an assistant corporate officer in Cleveland, Ohio for Forest City Dillon, Inc, a multifamily developer active in the HUD/FHA programs, Barbara was responsible for the scheduling and organization of corporate cash flow. Before joining Bellwether, Barbara held positions at Mellon Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Mellon Bank, Midland Loan Services, a subsidiary of PNC Bank and Capstone Realty Advisors. Barbara graduated "Cum Laude" from Trinity College and received a Masters Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Throughout her career, she has received numerous commendations, including the Mellon Bank Chairman's Award, Who's Who in Business and Finance and the HUD Region III Award for Outstanding Performance. In addition to her work experience, she is active on numerous Industry and Nonprofit Boards, including the Multifamily Steering Committee for the Mortgage Bankers Association.
