Meet the Loan Servicing Team


Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.


Martin J. Clancy, Principal, Director, National Servicing Manager: 216-820-4506
Marty has 21 years experience in commercial real estate and serves as Bellwether's National Servicing Manager. Prior to joining Bellwether, Marty was a Senior Vice President for Capstone Realty Advisors. He was responsible for the servicing operations of a $10 billion life, CMBS and Agency portfolio consisting of 1,900 loans. Along with maintaining relationships with lenders and rating agencies, Marty oversees billing and collection, document control, escrow and reserve activity, asset management, troubled loans/workouts and investor accounting and remittance. Additionally, he is responsible for controlling costs, cash management activities and organizational development necessary to support the company's continual growth. He serves on lender advisory councils and committees relevant to commercial real estate.


Charles H. Ryba, Vice President: 216-820-4509
Chuck has 14 years experience in commercial real estate finance, including loan servicing, underwriting, origination and lending. Chuck entered the industry with Mellon Mortgage Company as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing a $4.5 billion CMBS servicing portfolio, with day-to-day responsibilities that included operating statement analysis, property inspections, monthly reporting, monitoring monthly payments and reserve escrows, and regulating cash management and lockbox agreements. He was an underwriter for KeyBank's Healthcare Finance Division and the CMBS loan production team at Capstone Realty Advisors/National City Bank. Most recently with Capstone, Chuck acted as a liaison between the loan production and loan servicing departments. Chuck graduated with a B.A. from Muskingum College and is a member of the Greater Cleveland Mortgage Banker's Association.


Stanley A. Williams, Principal, In-House Counsel: 216-820-4507
Stan has practiced real estate law exclusively since 1965, representing lenders and developers. He was a partner at Arter & Hadden and joined Capstone Realty Advisors in 2001 as the Special Projects Coordinator. For over 25 years, Stan has represented banks, savings associations, life insurance companies, pension funds, a mortgage REIT, an equity REIT and Wall Street issuers of securitized loans, both as to construction and permanent loans. Stan has represented developers of regional shopping centers and strip centers as well as residential developers. Stan is familiar with industry service agreements, servicing requirements and ancillary servicing functions, such as reviewing requests for approvals of assignment and assumptions, lease approvals, leasehold terminations and estoppels and SNDAs. In addition, he has extensive experience with troubled loans. Stan has been a member of The Ohio State Bar Association and The Cleveland Bar Association since 1961 and is also a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
