Meet the Cincinnati Team
Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.
The Cincinnati production team has been working together for over 10 years and has averaged an annual loan production volume of $350 million. This team brings solid experience and borrower relationships in representing the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton, southern Ohio and northern Kentucky/Ohio territory.
Jerry Atkins, Senior Vice President: 513-985-4404
Jerry has 29 years experience directing real estate projects, both as a consultant and investor. Over his career, he has led and assisted in the valuation, evaluation, planning and development of office and industrial parks; medical, hospital and educational campuses; and single and multiple user commercial and industrial projects. Jerry served as President and CEO of Property Advisors Corporation, a Cincinnati based commercial real estate firm he founded and later sold. Thereafter he started Reliance Capital Management, a retail development company that was merged with Miller Valentine Group in November, 2008, where he was President of Commercial Development.
Sara Behrman, Principal, Director: 513-985-4402
Sara has 23 years experience in commercial loan origination, 19 of them in the mortgage banking industry. Over the past five years, Sara has arranged financing for over 100 projects totaling over $1 billion in loan origination. Approximately 75% of these transactions have been multifamily transactions. Sara helped form Capstone Realty Advisors in 1999 by starting its Cincinnati office. Prior to Capstone, she managed the Cincinnati office of Mellon Mortgage Company for 10 years. Her career began in 1985 in the real estate department of First National Bank of Cincinnati (now US Bank). Sara holds a bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Duke University.
Elmer B. Cole, Jr., Principal, Director: 513-985-4409
Elmer has 30 years experience in commercial loan origination, 25 of them in the mortgage banking industry. He has arranged over $3 billion in loan originations, participating debt, joint venture, land sale leaseback and sale transactions with institutional lenders and investors. Elmer joined Capstone Realty Advisors' Cincinnati office in 2000. Prior to Capstone, he worked with Fifth Third Real Estate Capital Markets, W. Lyman Case, Mellon Financial Services and Travelers Insurance Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Akron. Elmer is a member of NAIOP, Cincinnati Mortgage Bankers Association, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, University of Cincinnati Real Estate roundtable, and the University of Cincinnati's Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate.

Bob has 20 years experience in commercial real estate finance, with 19 years in the mortgage banking industry. He has arranged over $1 billion in debt and investment transactions over his career with numerous institutional lenders and investors. Bob joined Capstone Realty Advisor's Cincinnati office in 2000. Prior to Capstone, he worked with W. Lyman Case & Company from 1990-2000 after a year with the Huntington Group, a commercial real estate developer based in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University. Bob is a member of NAIOP, Mortgage Bankers Association of America, University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable and the Christian Business Men's Committee.
