Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.

Linda Menk is headquartered in Atlanta and focuses on FHA production throughout the southeast.

Linda joined Bellwether in 2010. She has 19 years of origination and underwriting experience of FHA insured loans utilizing HUD's apartment and healthcare lending programs and is skilled in developing and maintaining life-long borrower and industry relationships. Linda has held senior level positions with American Capitol Resources, Evergreen Capital Consultants, Prudential Huntoon Paige, GMAC Commercial Mortgage/Capmark, Column Guaranteed, LLC and Walker & Dunlop. Linda's underwriting and loan production career has involved over $500,000,000 in closed FHA transactions via numerous FHA mortgage insurance programs including Section 221(d)(4), 223(f) acquisition and refinancing, 232/223(f), 232 New Construction and 223(a)7. Her participation was requested by Clark County, Nevada's Community Planning and Development Department relative to projecting multifamily housing needs through 2015. Her work was presented within a national study addressing all forms of housing products that was made public in summer 2006.
