Meet the Team
Bellwether has eight production and servicing offices located in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, Pittsburgh, Atlanta and South Bend, Indiana. Each of these offices and their producers work as a team. By integrating local market expertise and contacts, along with our financing structure experience, our teams offer mortgage banking and advisory services to our clients that create opportunities for our lenders to invest in quality real estate with our borrowers. These teams have been working together, on average, for over 20 years, and almost every team member was a previous employee of Capstone Realty Advisors.
Our production teams have combined origination of $6.5 billion since 2004 and have averaged more than $1 billion annually. Because of our long-standing relationships with the different institutions we have represented over the years, we have been successful in attracting over 30 correspondent lenders to Bellwether. These institutions include life insurance companies, pension funds, CMBS lenders, Freddie Mac, FHA/GNMA and RHS.
