Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.

Our firm specializes in the USDA Rural Development programs available to developers and property owners in rural areas of the country. Section 538 guaranteed rental housing program encourages commercial financing of rural affordable housing. The 538 program is utilized for both construction, rehabilitation and acquisition of multifamily properties. The minimum term is 25 years and maximum term is 40 years. Construction and permanent financing leverage can go as high as 90% LTV and current interest rates are around 6.5%.
