Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.

Bellwether's Resolution Strategies Group provides expert advisory services to our clients as well as an organized and effective method to negotiating an acceptable capital restructure of their CMBS loans, in the unfortunate event that an asset becomes distressed either because of the property performance or the existing leverage.

With CMBS delinquencies having reached historic levels and continuing to climb, Special Servicers are overwhelmed by the workload. Our Resolution Strategies Team has extensive contacts in the Special Servicing industry, and we utilize these relationships and our financial analysis and structuring expertise to develop solutions that provide the Special Servicers with a comprehensive and succinct resolution proposal and underwriting package. This approach allows the Special Servicer to clearly understand the transaction and more quickly approve resolutions that will meet the requirements of the investors they represent. The result is a favorable outcome for the client that allows them to maintain ownership of the asset at debt terms that can be supported by the property.
