Sara Behrman inducted into Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame
Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.

Bellwether Real Estate Capital, LLC is pleased to annouce that Sara Behrman, Principal and Director of the firm's Cincinnati production team, has been named a member of the prestigious Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame by Midwest Real Estate News Magazine. Sara, who has 23 years experience in loan origination, has been profiled in the December 2011/January 2012 issue of the magazine.
The Hall of Fame was established last year to honor and recognize the most accomplished real estate professionals in the Midwest. Nominations were solicited from peers in the commercial real estate profession throughout the region.
