Bellwether Welcomes D.J. Effler and Stephen Moore to its Columbus, Ohio Office
Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.

Bellwether Real Estate Capital, LLC announces that it has expanded its Columbus team with the addition of D.J. Effler as Senior Vice President and Stephen D. Moore as Vice President. They are joining the Columbus team of Stan Malatesta, Chris Johnson, Chip Neale and Scott Williams. Both will focus on originating new business and providing financing options for Bellwether customers.
Effler brings 10 years of experience in commercial real estate investments in multiple capacities to Bellwether. His commercial real estate career began at Nationwide Life Insurance Company in Columbus where he was responsible for underwriting and originating first mortgage loans on all property types. Following his tenure with Nationwide, he joined RockBridge Capital, LLC, a leading private equity firm focused on providing debt and equity to the hospitality industry, and served as a Vice President of both their Investments Group and Capital Markets Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Moore began his mortgage banking career with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Columbus, where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and closing of a variety of product types, including retail, office, medical office, industrial, hotel and multifamily properties. Prior to joining Bellwether Real Estate Capital, he worked for five years in commercial real estate and assisted with the origination of more than $300 million in commercial real estate transactions. Moore has built strong relationships with various capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS and life insurance companies. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in management from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
