Our Beginnings
Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.
Bellwether Real Estate Capital was created in 2008 by a core group of senior-level production and servicing professionals from Capstone Realty Advisors. In 1998, they formed Capstone and developed the business into a leading national mortgage banking operation with over 100 employees and mortgage assets of over $10 billion.
This same management team founded Bellwether. Each member of the team brought an average of over 20 years of loan origination and servicing experience to the new company. This experience, along with their vision in building a mortgage banking business, will continue to build Bellwether in the future.
