At Bellwether, we integrate our local market expertise, national lending relationships and financing structure experience to provide our clients with the most competitive, creative solutions for their financing needs. The majority of this financing consists of long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse loans, with most of these loans serviced by Bellwether.

We provide a variety of loan products for investment real estate and have formed an experienced team to strategize on new financing products to offer in this challenging lending market. Currently, we are a correspondent for 28 leading lending institutions, including life insurance companies, pension funds, CMBS, Freddie Mac, FHA/GNMA and RHS.

Our production offices are located in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Pittsburgh, Atlanta and South Bend, Indiana. The production staff, which includes 18 producers with an average of 22 years each in commercial mortgage banking and real estate finance, works as a team within each office. They have worked together as production teams, on average, for over 20 years, and almost all team members are previous employees of Capstone Realty Advisors.
