Bellwether Real Estate Capital LLC, is merging with Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.'s Multifamily Mortgage Finance business. The new company, Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, will offer greater geographic reach and product offerings.

Bellwether's Capital Solutions Group assists property owners in identifying, structuring and sourcing multiple layers of debt, equity and subsidy financing. We help early on in the development cycle for capital intensive projects and identify potential sources of Federal, State and Local loan, grant and tax credit programs. With a network of contacts and relationships throughout the Midwest and around the country, we identify potential sources of capital to fill gaps in development projects and improve investment yield.
